Depending on the problem’s uniqueness and existing solutions, we may also provide preliminary insights into potential project scopes.
Design Process
Following the initial consultation, our team will delve into research, gathering vital information from both your insights and external sources to thoroughly understand the problem. This groundwork enables us to craft an initial proposal, detailing the project’s scope and objectives in clear terms, ensuring it aligns with the desired outcomes. Throughout this process, we maintain open communication with you, allowing for adjustments based on evolving understandings and ensuring the project remains adaptable and focused on real solutions.
Quote
We have a proposal and we have background information, time to put that all together. Here is where we deliver the quote. The quote is broken down into stages and deliverables based on the conversations from the kick-off meeting and the design process. We base our quotes on the time assigned to each deliverable which also serves to help estimate how long it should take to complete the body of work.
At this stage, nothing is locked in until everyone is satisfied. We are willing to work with our clients on an individual level to make sure that we can deliver in a time and budget that suits.
Building phase
Once the quote is approved, we enter the building phase, focusing on creating the solution. Our team manages the development, keeping you updated on progress and milestones. Despite thorough planning, should unforeseen challenges arise, we’ll promptly propose solutions and consult with you on any significant changes, ensuring the project stays on track.
Implementation phase
After development, we focus on seamless implementation, ensuring the solution is effectively integrated into your operations, whether through training, clear documentation, or demonstrations. This phase also includes fine-tuning to ensure the product meets your needs precisely upon delivery, facilitating a smooth transition.
Final billing
With project delivery completed we close out the scope of work. Often it’s the case that things have been learnt along the way. Our final follow-up involves us usually providing a final report or summary. Included in this are recommendations for possible future work that could involve improvements, extensions or even just routine maintenance.
